1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned below. Singular terms include the plural and vice versa where context requires.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or access any real-money gaming service on papaqq. This age threshold applies regardless of any lower legal minimum in your local jurisdiction. We reserve the absolute right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

2.2 Residency. Our services are primarily designed for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing papaqq from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or statute binding upon you personally.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim bonuses more than once, or exploit any promotional offer constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from papaqq or any affiliated platform are Restricted Persons and may not register a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of this Agreement.

2.5 Capacity. By registering, you warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, that you are not acting under the influence of intoxicating substances when making financial decisions on the Platform, and that funds used for gaming are from legitimate sources.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. When creating your Account you must provide complete, current, and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and valid contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

3.2 Security Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to be your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify papaqq immediately at [email protected]. We will not be liable for losses arising from compromised credentials where you have failed to exercise reasonable care.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). papaqq operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at our discretion at any other time — we may require you to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account screenshot or e-wallet screenshot showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit may result in withdrawal suspension. papaqq reserves the right to close accounts where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all eligible Player Funds will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding charges. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited on Account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. papaqq processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include major Indonesian banks — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI — as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your verified account status and geographic location.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 100,000. Maximum transaction limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be adjusted based on your account tier or pending verification status.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via our automated banking integration are reflected in your account balance within seconds. Delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside papaqq's control. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your bank transfer receipt or transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Verified accounts typically receive bank withdrawals within 1–3 hours. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may extend during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources entirely owned by you. papaqq reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on unusual transaction patterns and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation of fund sources.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). papaqq does not charge currency conversion fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by papaqq are subject to this clause and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires total bets of Rp 3,000,000 to satisfy the wagering requirement.

5.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Bets below minimum odds thresholds may not count. Precise contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. papaqq maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; exploiting software errors; and any other strategy whose primary purpose is extracting bonus value rather than entertainment. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be closed and all associated funds voided without prior notice.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets on papaqq — including markets on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions — are subject to our Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola — a handicap system giving one team a virtual head start), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and accumulator betting (mix parlay). Bets accepted in error at obviously incorrect odds may be voided.

6.2 Casino Games. All RNG-based casino games operate on certified random-number algorithms regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical averages, not guarantees of returns in any individual session.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live games are streamed in real time; connection interruptions during a live hand are governed by the relevant game provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed due to technical failure on our side, stakes will be refunded. Where failure is attributable to your own connection, the game provider's outcome stands.

6.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, you must contact papaqq within seven (7) days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. papaqq's records serve as the primary source of truth; in the event of discrepancy between our server logs and your displayed balance, our server logs prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with t he Platform in any way not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to mask your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior written consent from papaqq;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support agents or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the papaqq Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. papaqq grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content, streaming assets, and related intellectual property provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the exclusive property of those studios and are licensed to papaqq for deployment on the Platform. Your use of these games does not confer any ownership rights over that content.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 Data Collection. papaqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

9.2 Data Use. Personal information including your name, date of birth, KTP details, contact information, bank account details, and gameplay history is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.3 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, analyze Platform performance, and personalize your experience. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of our cookie practices. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. papaqq endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, cyberattacks, and regulatory interventions) may affect Platform availability. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

10.2 Gaming Losses. You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome of gaming. papaqq shall not be liable for any gaming losses you sustain through use of the Platform, provided that games have operated correctly per their published rules and RTP parameters.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, papaqq's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Losses. Under no circumstances shall papaqq be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Third-Party Providers. papaqq acts as an intermediary for certain services including payment processing and game provision. We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party banks, e-wallet providers, or game studios, provided we have taken reasonable steps to engage reputable providers and respond to issues in a timely manner.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by papaqq. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC; chargebacks initiated by the Player; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or regulatory requirements compelling us to cease service to specific individuals or locations.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, papaqq may void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Legitimate Player Funds held at the time of termination will be returned to your last verified payment method, except where required to be retained pending investigation or legal proceedings. Where termination arises from the Player's own breach, the Company reserves the right to offset any losses, damages, or costs incurred against the returned balance.

11.3 Inactivity. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months — defined as no login, deposit, bet placement, or withdrawal — will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances, subject to prior email notification to the registered address. Accounts with zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which papaqq holds its operating license. To the extent that Indonesian consumer protection principles afford additional rights to Indonesian-resident players, those rights are not excluded by this clause.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules before any court proceedings are initiated.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and papaqq with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.5 Amendments. papaqq reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
